Crown Appointment Policy
Woven requires a non-refundable deposit when making an appointment. The deposit is credited towards the fee for your service. This appointment slot is offered on a first come first served basis.
Hair should be freshly shampooed/ conditioned before coming to your appointment. For folk getting a loose hair style, your hair must also be detangled and comb thru with a medium size tooth comb, and ready to be styled. Sisterlocks or Traditional locs, hair must be shampooed/ condition and ready to be maintenance upon to your arrival.
All Services Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A 48 hour (2 day) notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Your new appointment request must be made at the time of rescheduling. Your initial deposit remains valid only so long as your rescheduled appointment date is set within 30 days of the originally scheduled date.
