Appointment Policy

                                                              Last Appointment at 6pm only

Woven requires a non-refundable deposit when making an appointment. The deposit is credited towards the fee for your service.  This appointment slot is offered on a first come first served basis.

Children are welcome on an appointment basis only.  Prior to your arrival please undo any style.  Untwist or unbraid your own natural hair completely.  Detangle and comb thru your hair with a medium size tooth comb.  With this process done. your hair will be shampoo ready upon your arrival.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A 48 hour (2 day) notice is required to reschedule an appointment.  Your new appointment request must be made at the time of rescheduling.  Your initial deposit remains valid only so long as your rescheduled appointment date is set within 30 days of the originally scheduled date.
